Asian Markets Slipped on Inflation and Central Bank’s Policy Outlook Concerns

Asian markets fell on Tuesday trade as investors continue to assess inflation and central bank policy outlook.

Mainland Chinese stocks slipped in early trade, with the CSI 300 dropped 1.93% shedding gains from Monday. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index shed 1.2%.

Japan’s TOPIX  gained 0.52% with KOSPI and SET up by 0.86% and 0.23% respectively.

MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan traded 0.15% lower.
