Infraset Public Company Limited (SET: INSET) announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

INSET reported a net profit of 170 million baht in 2021, increased 25% from a net profit of 135 million baht in 2020 with a net profit margin of 12.95%, increased from 9.01%. Despite a decrease in revenue in 2021, the increase in net profit was mainly due to the reduction of project cost estimates to reflect actual costs for projects that were delivered over 90% or completed. In 2021, INSET reduced costs of 2 major projects, namely the USO II project and the CAT Filter project due to the closure of the project. As a result, the company’s gross profit margin was 20.99%, increased from 15.54% in 2020.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.17 per share to be paid on 19 May 2022. The ex-dividend date is 9 March 2022.
