Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: CRC) has announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

CRC reported a net profit of THB 59 million in 2021, increased 28.32% from a net profit of THB 46 million in 2020.
Revenue from sales of goods was THB 175,975 million, increased by 1.6% from the same period of last year, mainly from the hardline segment that grew 21.7%. Meanwhile, revenue from rental services was THB 4,990 million, decreased by 10.9% due to temporary closure of shopping malls and a rent discount for tenants.
Total revenue was THB 195,654 million, increased slightly by 0.7% from THB 194,311 million in 2020.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.30 per share to be paid on 27 May 2022. The ex-dividend date is 9 May 2022.
