Origin Property Reports Net Profit of THB3.2 Billion in 2021 as Sales of Real Estate Surge

Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI) announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

ORI reported a net profit for the year ended of 2021, amounting to THB3,193.9 million, an increase of THB 532.0 million or 20.0 percent from a net profit of THB2,661.9 million in 2020.

Total revenues during the year ended of  2021 amounting to THB15,943.0 million, an increase of THB4,828.8 million or 43.4 percent compared with the same period of the previous year. This mainly resulted from the increase of revenues from sales of real estate, revenues from project management and Gain on disposals of investments in subsidiaries.

Revenues from sales of real estate, for year ended 2021, amounting to THB13,623.4 million, an increase of THB3,752.9 million or 38.0 percent compared to the same period from previous year. Nevertheless, with the transferred activities of joint ventures of THB2,534.0 million, the total transferred amount is THB16,157.4 million. It increased from the same period of previous year by THB1,071.4 million or 7.1 percent.

 

In addition, the Board of Directors resolved to approve the dividend payment from the operational results of 2021 at the rate of THB0.42 per share. The Ex-dividend date (XD) is set for 9 May 2022. The payment of the interim dividend will be made on 24 May 2022.
