B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) together with Ratch Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) and another business partner announced on Friday the establishment of Sekong Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (SIA).
The objective of such establishment is to support the investment of the Xekong 4A and 4B Hydroelectric Power Projects with installed capacity of 355 megawatts, located in Xekong Province, Lao PDR.
BGRIM and the business partner (who is not a connected person) each hold 20 percent of SIA’s shares, while RATCH holds 60 percent. Therefore, SIA has the status of a RATCH subsidiary.
SIA’s registered capital is 1,000 million kip, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares, valued at 10,000 kip each.
