Russia and Ukraine Set for Another Peace Talks after a Month of Raging War

Russia and Ukraine are expected to continue their peace talks this week as delegations from both parties are set to meet face-to-face in Turkey on Monday after the war has been going on for more than one month.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday that Kyiv is preparing to discuss adopting a neutral status as part of a peace deal with Russia, according to his 90-minute video while adding that any agreement would need to be guaranteed by third parties and put to a referendum.

The talks are expected to run from Monday until Wednesday. Vadym Denysenko, Ukrainian Interior Ministry advisor, said that he does not expect any major breakthroughs during the talks this week.
