In 2025, AIS continues to adapt its business operations to these changes, further developing a robust digital infrastructure for the nation—including a 5G intelligent network, fixed broadband, cloud infrastructure, and data centers. The company also emphasizes quality enhancement and efficient cost management, enabling it to successfully meet its performance targets in the first quarter.
Mobile Business: AIS now serves 45.7 mobile subscribers, with 5G users increasing to 12.7 million—an addition of 708,500 from Q4/2024. AIS 5G intelligent network now covers over 95% of the Thai population, driven by ongoing intelligent network expansion and the adoption of cutting-edge technological innovations to enhance customer experiences.
Broadband Business: AIS 3BB FIBRE3 grew by 59,700 customers, reaching a total user base of 5.1 million. The company remains committed to expanding fiber broadband infrastructure to cover homes and businesses nationwide, delivering superior digital experiences through offerings like Super FAST and Home FibreLAN packages, as well as advanced home innovations that transform houses into Smart Homes using IoT devices such as Smart Sound Bars and IP Cloud Cameras.
Enterprise Business: Enterprise business recorded a revenue growth rate of 12%, positioning AIS to support the expansion of digital investments in Thailand.
