Winners of 2024 KH Camp for Next C-Suite Embark on Two-Week Legal Internship in Seoul

KH Academy’s executive team has facilitated the journey of two law students from Chulalongkorn University, winners of the 2024 KH Camp for Next C-Suite leadership summer training program, to undertake an internship at Jipyong LLC, a leading law firm in South Korea, from May 17 to May 31, 2025.

On May 17, 2025, at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Mr. Nattaphat Ngouvisitkul, Co-Founder of KH Academy, led the management team in a send-off for the two law students from Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Miss Phutawan Saelee and Miss Premchama Lamiedvipkul, who secured their spots as top achievers in the 2024 KH Camp for Next C-Suite program. The pair will spend two weeks interning at Jipyong LLC in Seoul, South Korea.

Mr. Nattaphat explained that the KH Camp for Next C-Suite was initiated in 2024 with the goal of cultivating organizational leadership capabilities in university students. The program focuses on fostering future leadership qualities in line with the principles of sustainable organizational development, particularly emphasizing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors. Once the most outstanding and high-potential students were selected, they were provided the opportunity for hands-on experience with leading organizations in the region.

“Jipyong LLC is a top law firm in South Korea, so this presents an excellent opportunity for this year’s KH Camp for Next C-Suite winners. The internship will expose them to international business law, whether relating to Korean companies investing in Thailand or Thai companies investing in Korea. We hope they will bring back knowledge and experience to help improve Thailand’s legal sector and society as a whole. We congratulate both students on receiving such a valuable opportunity and encourage them to be open to new experiences and make the most out of this internship. May this trip be a significant milestone in their professional journey and a step towards becoming organizational leaders in Thailand in the future,” said Mr. Nattaphat.

Miss Phutawan Saelee and Miss Premchama Lamiedvipkul, the Chulalongkorn University law students who won the 2024 KH Camp for Next C-Suite, shared their feelings before boarding the plane to South Korea. “We feel excited and recognize that this is a very special opportunity. For legal students, it is extremely rare to intern at a foreign law firm. This is a great chance to see firsthand how Korean law works. We’ve prepared ourselves physically and mentally, developing our knowledge and language skills. We are confident this internship will broaden our perspectives and help us better understand our career direction in the legal field.”

The internship program at Jipyong LLC in Seoul will last for two weeks, from May 17 to May 31, 2025.
