GULF Sells 9.15 Million of KBANK Shares, Retaining over 4.6% Stake

The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced, through its Form 246-2 for reporting the acquisition or disposal of securities by business entities, that Gulf Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has sold 9,145,900 shares of Kasikornbank Public Company Limited (SET: KBANK). 

This sale represents 0.3860% of the total voting rights in KBANK and was executed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand via Bualuang Securities on May 22, 2025.

Following this transaction, GULF’s holding in KBANK now stands at 109,607,100 shares, or 4.6260% of the bank’s total voting rights. Previously, GULF held 118,753,000 KBANK shares, equivalent to 5.0120% of voting rights.

In addition, when combined with the holdings of Ms. Nalinee Ratanavadi—classified as a person acting in concert, who already owns 123,030 KBANK shares or 0.0051%—the GULF group collectively holds 109,730,130 KBANK shares. This consolidated stake represents 4.6312% of the bank’s total voting rights.
