On Monday at 11:25 AM (Bangkok time), the share price of Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: JMART) rose by 2.46% or THB 0.15 to THB 6.25, with a trading value of THB 22.88 million.
Mr. Ekachai Sukumvitaya, Deputy CEO of JMART, noted that the company is maintaining its 2025 targets for both revenue and profit growth, driven by its three flagship businesses: JMT Network Services Public Company Limited (SET: JMT), the “Suki Teenoi” joint venture, and the “Lock Phone” lending operation under SG Capital Public Company Limited (SET: SGC), a subsidiary of Singer Thailand Public Company Limited (SET: SINGER), despite the ongoing economic slowdown in Thailand.
Previously, Mr. Adisak Sukumvitaya, Director and CEO of JMART, stated that JMART Group’s 2025 strategy focuses on continuous business transformation, emphasizing FinTech and Commerce Tech, building on its 2024 momentum. The group is targeting profit growth of 30%.
Ekachai pointed out that the Lock Phone lending operation is experiencing strong momentum, particularly during the fourth quarter when consumer phone upgrades and new model launches fuel demand. He also revealed that discussions are underway with Apple to add iPhones to the Lock Phone offering, with a decision pending from the company’s U.S. headquarters.
Despite economic headwinds that could weigh on iPhone sales, bringing iPhones into the Lock Phone system may help drive the figures. Meanwhile, the non-performing loan ratio for the Lock Phone program remains low and under control at 1%, he added.
For 2025, Jaymart Mobile has set a revenue target of 12 billion baht, with first-half revenue up 20% and overall growth expected to reach around 30% for the year. The company is also accelerating efforts to expand the J POINT digital rewards program user base to 10 million within five years, up from the current 1 million. There may also be efforts to achieve this milestone faster, as part of a more aggressive business growth strategy.
The company plans to list BNN Restaurant Group Co., Ltd. (BNN), which operates the “Suki Teenoi” restaurant chain, on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) between 2026 and 2027.
Moreover, Mr. Dusit Sukumvitaya, CEO of Jaymart Mobile Co., Ltd., disclosed that the company has organized the Miss Mobile Thailand pageant under the concept of recognizing talented, modern women who understand technology. This initiative aims not only to engage younger audiences but also to strengthen the Jaymart Mobile brand by connecting with consumers through modern experiences that align with current consumer behavior.
