PTT Public Company Limited (SET: PTT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Sport Services Alliance Limited (SSS) No.1/2568 on 27 June 2025 approved the dissolution of SSS, the subsidiary in which PTT holds 100% through Business Services Alliance Company Limited (BSA) (a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT Group), with the registered capital of THB 5 million.
The registration of dissolution was completed on 30 June 2025. The dissolution of SSS is aligned with PTT’s policy to close down the dormant company and this has no impact oo PTT’s business operation.
