T.Man Pharmaceutical Public Company Limited (SET: TMAN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has entered into a distributorship agreement with Bertram (1958) Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of products such as medicated oil, balm, and inhalers. The key details of the agreement are as follows:
1) The company has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for the distribution and sale of products under the trademarks “Siang Pure” and “Peppermint Field” through all distribution channels within Thailand, except for specified modern trade channels, online channels, and other special sales channels as outlined in the agreement.
2) The company has also been appointed as a non-exclusive distributor for the distribution of products under the “Sabai arom” trademark through all distribution channels within Thailand, except for specified modern trade channels, online channels, and other special sales channels as defined in the agreement.
The agreement is effective for a term of 2 years and 6 months, from 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2027, and shall be automatically renewed for an additional 2 years unless either party provides written notice of termination or intent not to renew at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
