Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (SET: KKP) has announced the notification of the Board of Directors’ resolutions on the share repurchase project for financial management purposes and interim dividend payment via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
The Board of Directors of Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”), at meeting no. 8/2568 held on August 28, 2025, passed important resolutions as follows:
- Approved the share repurchase project for financial management purposes, with a maximum amount of Baht 1,000 million and number of shares to be repurchased not exceeding 16,000,000 shares. Combined with the 19,020,000 shares repurchased during the period from August 28, 2024, to February 27, 2025, the total repurchased shares will amount to 35,020,000 shares, representing no more than 4.14 percent of the total paid-up shares of the Bank. The share repurchase will be executed by means of automated order matching via the trading system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand between September 4, 2025, and March 2, 2026.
- Approved the allocation of profit and interim dividend payment from the operating result of January 1- June 30, 2025, at the rate of Baht 1.50 per share to the Bank’s shareholders, representing 48.46% of the net profit from separated financial statement or 50.25% of the net profit from the consolidated financial statement (attributable to the Bank’s shareholders). The dividend will be paid from the net profits under the corporate income tax of 20%, for which an individual shareholder shall be entitled to a dividend tax credit at the rate of 20/80 of the dividend amount received in accordance with Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code. The Bank has set the record date on September 11, 2025, to determine the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend, and the dividend will be paid on September 25, 2025.
As of 3:07 PM (Bangkok time) on Thursday, the share price of Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited soared by 4.39% or THB 2.50 to THB 59.50, with a trading value of THB 293.33 million.
