Humanica Public Company Limited (SET: HUMAN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Company has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 99,999 common shares, equivalent to 100% of the registered capital, of Lawson Software (Thailand) Company Limited. As a result, Lawson Software (Thailand) Company Limited has become a subsidiary of the company.
Lawson Software (Thailand) Company Limited is a service provider in computer software development and installation, training, and consulting.
The agreement was signed on September 1, 2025 for a total investment value of THB 55.24 million. The first revenue stream will be reported in Lawson Software’s 3Q25 consolidated financial results.
