Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 15 September 2025, the company has signed a contract for Manhole & Underground Electrical Duct Installation Project in conjunction with construction project for a bridge over the Chao Phraya River at Kiak Kai Intersection, Phase 3, construction of an elevated bridge and road on the Phra Nakhon side from the Chao Phraya River to Saphan Daeng Intersection.
The contract was signed with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority for THB 252,140,000.00 (including VAT) with a contract period of 670 days after NTP. The scope of the work are as follows:
- Construction of underground manholes for high-voltage and medium-voltage power systems, totaling 18 manholes.
- Construction of underground manholes for low-voltage power systems, totaling 92 manholes.
- Construction of underground ducts by Pipe Jacking method, with an internal diameter of 1.50 meters, comprising 24 conduits with a total length of approximately 358 meters.
- Construction of underground ducts by Pipe Jacking method, with an internal diameter of 1.80 meters, comprising 30 conduits with a total length of approximately 543 meters.
- Construction of underground ducts by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method, with a total length of approximately 4,364 meters.
- Construction of underground ducts by Open Cut method, with a total length of approximately 127 meters.
