PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (SET: OR) has announced the notification of the resignation of director, appointment of new director to replace the resigned director, and amendment of authorization of directors via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
The Special Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 6/2025 held on September 15, 2025 passed the resolution to appoint Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang in replacement of Mr. Chadil Chavanalikikorn, the resigned director, and that the resignation and new appointment are effective October 1, 2025. The newly appointed director shall remain in the term of office for the remaining term of office of the replaced director.
The Amendment of the Authorization of Directors will be changed, effective October 1, 2025.
Original:
“3. The names and number of the directors authorized to sign their names on behalf of the Company are: “(1) M.L. Peekthong Thongyai sign his name and affix the company seal or (2) Miss Nantika Thangsuphanich, Mr. Chadil Chavanalikikorn, Miss Pattaralada Sa–Ngasang or Mr. Chaya Chandavasu two directors out of these four jointly subscribed their signatures and affix the company seal”
Amendment:
“3. The names and number of the directors authorized to sign their names on behalf of the Company are: “(1) M.L.
