TTCL Public Company Limited (SET: TTCL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on November 4, 2025, the Central Bankruptcy Court has issued an order to accept the petition for business rehabilitation of the company. In this regard, the Central Bankruptcy Court has scheduled the hearing date for the petition for business rehabilitation on January 28, 2026.
TTCL filed a petition for business rehabilitation with the Central Bankruptcy Court under the Bankruptcy Act, B.E. 2483 (1940) (as amended) on October 31, 2025.
