WSOL Public Company Limited (SET: WSOL), has announced that the company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to increase shareholdings of Blue Parking Company Limited on 5 November 2025.
Prior to the transaction, the company held 71,865 ordinary shares, representing 30 percent of the registered capital of Blue Parking Company Limited. Following the completion of the transaction, the company will hold a total of 223,233 ordinary shares, representing 93 percent of the registered capital of Blue Parking Company Limited.
As a result, Blue Parking Company Limited has become a subsidiary of the company.
