SKY Shows Confidence in Final Quarter on Peak Travel Season after Strong 66% Growth for 9M25

SKY Group has reported exceptional performance for the first nine months of 2025, with total revenue reaching THB 7,824 million, up 66%, and net profit of THB 609 million, rising 84% year-on-year. This marks a new all-time high for both revenue and net profit. The growth was fueled by a continued increase in passenger travel volume, signaling a solid recovery of Thailand’s aviation industry. As a result, revenue from airport-related projects surged, driving strong momentum for the company’s Aviation Tech as a Service business. SKY Group also highlighted a robust backlog of THB 23 billion.

Record-High Growth in 9M/2025 Revenue and Net Profit

Mr. Sithidej Mayalarp, Chief Executive Officer of Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY), announced that for the nine-month period of January–September 2025, SKY Group recorded total revenue of THB 7,824 million, a 66% increase, and net profit of THB 609 million, up 84%, compared to the same period last year (YoY). Both figures represent new record highs for the company.

For Q3/2025 (July–September), SKY Group generated revenue of THB 2,815 million and net profit of THB 204 million, growing 65% and 84%, respectively, compared to Q3/2024. The strong performance across all three quarters clearly outpaced the company’s full-year results in 2024, reaffirming SKY Group’s solid and sustainable growth trajectory.

Passenger Traffic Surge Boosts Airport-Related Business Performance

The main driver of the company’s growth is the continued increase in passenger travel. Based on statistics for January–September 2025, international passenger movement grew over 5%, while domestic travel grew 6–16%, despite pressure from declining tourism numbers. Overall travel volume continued to rise, contributing significantly to the company’s aviation-related services and airport technology projects—particularly the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS), both of which saw a significant increase in usage. SKY Group confident Q4, Thailand’s peak travel season, will drive higher revenue and profit.

Backlog Reaches THB 23 Billion; Strategy Toward Technology as a Service. Mr. Sithidej added that as of the end of Q3/2025, the company secured new contracts and pending project deliveries with a total backlog of approximately THB 23 billion, which will be recognized over the next 6–7 years. SKY Group continues strengthening its Technology as a Service business structure to support long-term growth across multiple sectors:

  • Aviation Technology supporting Thailand’s development toward becoming an “Aviation Hub.”
  • Smart Facility Management solutions delivered through Metthier Co., Ltd.
  • ICT System Integration (ICT-SI) expansion through Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS).
  • Technology-driven Contact Center Solutions leveraging AI and Large Language Models (LLM) via SKY CC Co., Ltd. (formerly One To One Professional).

SKY Group is also fortifying its revenue structure to ensure resilience and sustainability through a mix of long-term concession contracts, recurring monthly service revenue, and project-based income, helping diversify risks while strengthening its business foundation.
