RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 24 December 2025, Ratchaburi Alliances Company Limited (the company’s 99.99 percent-owned subsidiary) has fulfilled the relevant conditions to acquire shares in Ratchaburi Power Company Limited and made the payment in accordance with the agreement.
As a result, the company became an indirect shareholder of the aforementioned company at a total of 40.625 percent. This success in investment is in accordance with the company’s group’s investment plan.
Previously, Ratchaburi Alliances has signed the Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Shares in Ratchaburi Power Company Limited with the Chubu Electric Power Company International B.V. and Toyota Tsusho Corporation to acquire 15.625 percent of shares in Ratchaburi Power Company Limited.
