WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (SET: WHAUP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, WHAUP (SG) 3 PTE. LTD. (WUPS3) (a subsidiary established in Singapore through WHAUP International Company Limited) completed the establishment of a new subsidiary in Vietnam on January 5, 2026.
The subsidiary, called WHA Solar Vietnam Company Limited, was established to develop solar power projects and other related business in Vietnam. It has a registered capital of VND 5,170,400,000, with 100% of the total shares held by WUPS3.
