Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SET: SPA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company will open Massage and Spa services in three of the top hotels in Thailand. The details are as follows:
1. Le Meridien Bangkok branch with TCC Hotel Asset Management Co., Ltd., who is a non-related entity, under the name of “Let’s Relax” for the period of 2 years with renewal term of 2 years. “Let’s Relax” at Le Meridien Bangkok, opened in December 2025.
2. Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok branch with Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., who is a non-related entity, under the name of “Let’s Relax” for the period of 3 years with renewal term of 2 times for one year each time. “Let’s Relax” at Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel branch, shall open within January 2026.
3. Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel branch with Maneeya Realty Co., Ltd., who is a non-related entity, under the name of “Let’s Relax” for the period of 3 years with renewal term of 1 time for three years each time. “Let’s Relax” at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel branch, shall open within February 2026.
