Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: RABBIT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that today (16 January 2026), the company has registered a new subsidiary in Thailand to operate hotel and accommodation businesses. The details are as follows:
The subsidiary, called Custom House Hospitality Company Limited, was established to operate a hotel and accommodation business. The subsidiary has a registered capital of THB 10 million divided into 100,000 shares. U Global Hospitality Company Limited (which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) holds 100% of the shares.
