Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (SET: PSL) has informed Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 19 January 2026, the company’s wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary has taken delivery of a vessel named “M.V. Uthita Naree” (Hull Nos. YZJ2022-1448) and is registered in Singapore.
On November 14, 2025, PSL notified the SET of the acquisition of two newbuilding resale vessels, which include M.V. Ubon Naree (as notified to the SET on January 15), and the aforementioned M.V. Uthita Naree.
