AIS Unveils Robust Future Investment Plan and Boosts Shareholder Returns with Record Dividend Payout of THB34.30

Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (SET: ADVANC or AIS) has reported its full-year 2025 financial results with total revenue of 226,264 million baht and net profit of 47,886 million baht, reflecting continued growth driven by its strategy that places “product quality and customer experience” at the core. The performance reinforces AIS’s position as Thailand’s leader in intelligent networks and best-in-class digital technology—delivering speed, stability, and digital experiences tailored to every use case.

Over the past year, AIS continued to enhance customer experiences through innovation and AI across both service delivery and operational management, improving efficiency and creating sustainable value for customers and all stakeholders. The company also advanced long-term growth through “new businesses” as key growth engines, including retail, entertainment and sports content platforms, and digital finance.

AIS delivered steady growth in revenue and EBITDA through a balanced approach between strategic investments in future digital infrastructure and continuous internal efficiency improvements—reflecting a “quality-led” growth model across all dimensions. In 2026, AIS remains focused on sustainable, resilient growth while supporting Thailand’s transition toward a sustainable digital society. Key business highlights are as follows:

 

Mobile Business: Continued growth driven by a quality customer base and a intelligent-trusted 5G network

AIS served a total of 46.8 million subscribers, increasing by 495,200 from Q3/2025 and by more than 1 million from 2024, supported by continued focus on network quality and an enhanced user experience.

Prepaid subscribers increased by 301,000 from Q3/2025 and by 392,900 from 2024. AIS continues to uphold strict security standards for new SIM activations through Liveness Detection, integrating AI for advanced identity verification as part of AIS commitment to protecting users from online threats.

Postpaid subscribers increased by more than 194,000 from Q3/2025 and by 616,100 from 2024, driven by a high-quality customer base and strong demand for English Premier League (EPL) viewing.

5G users grew to 17.9 million, up by more than 2 million from Q3/2025 and by more than 5.7 million from 2024. AIS’s 5G network now covers more than 95% of Thailand’s population. As a result, mobile service revenue grew by 5.8%, and AIS achieved a market share of 50%, reaffirming its leadership in quality within the telecommunications industry.

 

Broadband Business: Growth fueled by trust in home internet innovation and entertainment for every household

AIS’s broadband internet business, AIS 3BB FIBRE 3, continued its momentum with a total broadband subscriber base of 5.24 million, increasing by 38,000 from Q3/2025 and by 233,600 from 2024. The growth reflects strong customer confidence in network quality and service excellence that enhance household experiences, supported by offerings such as SuperFast packages, Home FiberLAN broadband internet innovation, and beyond-connectivity services.

The business further strengthened its proposition with popular entertainment and sports content including the EPL, Thai League, NBA, and NFL. As a result, broadband internet revenue grew by 9.6%, and AIS held a market share of 48%, reinforcing its solid leadership in the broadband market.

 

Enterprise Business: Growing through the power of solutions for Thai businesses

AIS’s enterprise services continued to grow, rising by by 11% from 2024, driven by demand for 5G for Enterprise, Enterprise data service as well as Data Center and Thai Hyperscale Cloud, which enhance the capabilities of Thai businesses.

2026 Outlook: Continued investment to elevate national digital infrastructure

In 2026, AIS has set a capital expenditure framework of 30,000–35,000 million baht to elevate customer experiences in every dimension through continued 5G development, expansion of high-speed broadband internet services, and collaboration with global partners to drive the country’s first major AI Ecosystem hub.

AIS will further integrate intelligent networks with digital innovation to ensure that both consumer and enterprise customers can access effective AI experiences—strengthening Thailand’s digital competitiveness and laying the foundation for a securely connected digital ecosystem to support the sustainable growth of Thailand’s digital economy.

 

Additionally, the company notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that it is preparing to propose to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) the approval of the 2025 net profit allocation. The proposal includes a dividend payment of THB 8.41 per share, along with a special dividend from retained earnings at a rate of THB 19.00 per share. This brings the total annual dividend payout to THB 34.30 per share, including an interim dividend payment of THB 6.89 paid on September 3, 2025.

The Record Date to determine the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is set for March 2, 2026, and the Ex-Dividend (XD) date is February 27, 2026. The dividend payment is scheduled for April 30, 2026.
