ROCTEC Global Public Company Limited (SET: ROCTEC) announced its Q3 FY2025/26 results for the period from October to December 2025, with total operating revenue of THB 917 million, up 26.6% YoY, and net profit of THB 127 million, an increase of 50.2% YoY. The results reflect a significant increase in project volume coupled with ongoing improvement in operational efficiency and cost structure management, resulting in a net profit margin (NPM) of 13.8%, up from 11.0% in the previous year.
This quarter, ROCTEC’s performance was primarily driven by its ICT solutions business group, which remains the company’s main revenue source. The strong growth in its digital display solutions business was buoyed by high-volume orders from existing clients and ongoing progress in transportation system projects. Furthermore, the recurring service and revenue recognition nature of these projects has contributed to clarity and efficiency in revenue and cost management. Simultaneously, the advertising media business continued its positive momentum, supported by the high demand for street furniture advertising.
For profitability, the company posted a gross profit of THB 258 million, up 6.3% YoY, despite margin pressures from the project mix, particularly the expansion phase of the digital display solutions business. However, ROCTEC maintained robust operational performance through efficient project management and disciplined cost control, supporting its outstanding net profit growth.

For the nine-month period of FY2025/26, ROCTEC recorded total operating revenue of THB 2,561 million, up 11.5% YoY, and a net profit of THB 370 million, an increase of 55.3% YoY, reflecting overall robust performance and the potential to continuously expand its core business services.
For the remainder of the year, the company expects to accelerate revenue recognition from ongoing projects, especially in the transportation solutions and integrated technology solutions businesses. The progress of these projects is on schedule and is expected to play an increasingly important role in driving total revenue in the coming periods. At the same time, digital display solutions remain a main driver for the ICT solutions group, given the continued demand from strategic partners.
