Dr. Wirasak Wanitwat, Chief Executive Officer of Teka Construction Public Company Limited (SET: TEKA), stated that the company has recently been awarded a new construction project from CP Axtra Public Company Limited (SET: CPAXT) under the project name Lotus’s New Hypermarket Bang Plee (LNBP).
The project involves a 2-storey reinforced concrete building, structural engineering, architecture, and external works including parking facilities. The project value is THB 373.43 million (inclusive of value-added tax).
TEKA has been entrusted with the responsibility of construction, scheduled to commence in mid-February 2026. This new project award not only reflects trusted partnerships with leading clients but also marks TEKA’s entry into the shopping mall sector, which will be a significant driver supporting the company’s revenue growth targets. This project boosts the revenue backlog to THB 3.46 billion.
Meanwhile, the company continues to actively bid for new projects, with more than 15 – 20 projects currently in the bidding process. TEKA targets securing new projects worth no less than THB 1 – 1.5 billion per year to further strengthen the project portfolio and diversify the customer base across a wider range of industries.
Additionally, TEKA maintains a strong financial position with no interest-bearing debt and stable liquidity to address any economic risks that may arise.
