SKY ICT Sets Sights on Future Expansion Anchored by Strong Pipeline and Innovation Push

SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) has reported record-breaking financial performance for the fiscal year 2025, achieving an “All-Time High” in both revenue and net profit. The company’s total revenue reached 10,248 million baht, representing a 52% increase, while net profit surged by 61% to 773 million baht compared to the previous year.

The primary catalyst for this growth was the Aviation Technology as a Service business, which expanded in tandem with the recovering tourism industry. During the fourth quarter of 2025 — a peak travel season — international passenger numbers increased by approximately 5–10% year-on-year. This surge directly benefited SKY’s airport-related projects, including Biometric identity verification, Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), and Advanced Passenger Processing Systems (APPS), which are currently deployed across 13 airports nationwide.

CEO Sithidej Mayalarp expressed confidence that this momentum will carry into the first quarter of 2026. Growth is expected to be driven by continued travel activity, particularly during major holidays like the Chinese New Year, which keeps the demand for Aviation Tech high.

As of the end of 2025, SKY holds a substantial backlog of 24,400 million baht. This figure represents secured contracts that will allow the company to recognize revenue steadily over the next six to seven years, ensuring long-term financial stability.

Furthermore, SKY is diversifying its operations through specialized subsidiaries to capture new market dimensions:

  • Metthier: Focused on Smart Facility Management and AI-driven property management.
  • Pro Inside (PIS): Providing comprehensive ICT System Integration (ICT-SI).
  • Sky CC: Enhancing Contact Center capabilities using AI and Large Language Models (LLM).

To mitigate risk, SKY has structured its income into three primary streams: long-term concessions, monthly recurring revenue from services, and project-based income. This balanced approach is designed to create a solid foundation for sustainable growth in the years to come. Additionally, the company’s board has proposed a dividend of 0.30 baht per share following the strong 2025 results.
