Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (SET: TTA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that East Meta Capital Pte. Ltd. (EMC), a subsidiary in which the company holds an indirect shareholding of 99.99 percent through the company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and currently has ceased the operation, had already been dissolved.
The dissolution of the aforesaid dormant subsidiary has no material impact on the performance of the company, as it is part of streamlining management and cost efficiency exercise.
