Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: DELTA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors has resolved to approve the acquisition of land in Bangpoo Industrial Estate.
The acquisition consisted of two plots of land in Bangpoo Industrial Estate including:
- Land 7 Rai 2 Ngan 23.7 Square Wah.
- Land 6 Rai 3 Ngan 41.1 Square Wah
The two plots of land have a combined value of THB 209 million (including tax, duty fee, transfer fee etc.), and the payment conditions are divided into two installments including a 20% payment on April 2026, and a 80% payment on the registration date of transfer Land ownership. The date of the transaction is estimated to be within 2Q26.
This acquisition will serve to support the company’s future business expansion.
