True Corporation (SET: TRUE) reported statistics on “Pao Tang” application usage across True and dtac networks during registration for the government’s “Thai Chuay Thai Plus 60/40” scheme on May 25, 2026, the first day of registration. Total nationwide app usage for the entire day surged by 1,864% compared with normal usage levels, reflecting exceptionally strong public response nationwide as large numbers of users simultaneously accessed the application from the moment registration opened. Mobile network usage across True and dtac networks also rose significantly from the very first minute of registration.

Meanwhile, network and IT teams from True Corporation activated a War Room at the Business Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), deploying AI-powered Autonomous Network technology to monitor and manage network performance around the clock, ensuring stable, seamless, and efficient real-time connectivity nationwide.

By province, Bangkok recorded the highest level of application usage, followed by Chon Buri, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, and Nonthaburi. By region, the Central region (including Bangkok and its metropolitan area) recorded the highest usage, followed by the Northeastern, Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western regions, reflecting broad nationwide digital connectivity and widespread access to digital public services across Thailand.

True Corporation emphasized the importance of maintaining digital connectivity during key national moments, particularly for government services involving simultaneous nationwide access by large numbers of users. Ahead of the registration launch for the “Thai Chuay Thai Plus 60/40” scheme, the company enhanced network readiness by expanding 5G and 4G capacity, applying AI-driven intelligent traffic management, optimizing network loads in high-density usage areas, and intensifying 24-hour network monitoring to support continuous nationwide connectivity.

At the same time, network and IT engineers were stationed at the BNIC War Room before registration began to oversee network stability, data transmission speed, and connection security in real time. The operation reflects True Corporation’s capability in leveraging AI and Autonomous Network technologies to strengthen intelligent network management, support large-scale national digital platforms, and ensure that True and dtac customers could access the “Pao Tang” application smoothly throughout every critical moment.
