Thai DRs of Nebius Surge After Nvidia Reveals $2 Billion Investment and Major Stake

Shares of Thai depositary receipts tracking Nebius Group NV advanced on Tuesday, following Nvidia’s disclosure of a 9.3% holding in the Amsterdam-based cloud computing firm. The movement comes as Nvidia, a leading semiconductor company, previously committed $2 billion to Nebius.

NBIS01 depositary receipts offered by Bualuang Securities gained 5.5% to THB 3.80 in the morning session. NBIS23, issued by InnovestX Securities, jumped 5.7% to THB 6.45, and NBIS80 by KTB also rose 4.88% to THB 6.45.

Nvidia’s filing, released Monday, detailed its acquisition of approximately 22.26 million shares in Nebius, a position that includes shares from a warrant secured as part of the earlier $2 billion investment. Regulatory disclosures indicated that Nvidia cannot exercise the warrant before September 11. In post-market activity, Nebius’s own shares gained 3%.

Nebius operates as a developer of artificial intelligence-oriented cloud infrastructure and emerged as a spin-off from Yandex. The Amsterdam-based company aims to achieve over 5 gigawatts of computing capacity by 2030 and entered a formal partnership with Nvidia earlier this year.
