ICHI Reports 11.3% Sales Growth in 2Q26, Declaring THB0.45 Interim Dividend Payment

Ichitan Group Public Company Limited (SET: ICHI) has reported its financial results for Q2/2026, recording sales revenue of THB 2,146.6 million and a net profit of THB 309.2 million. This represents an 11.3% quarter-on-quarter sales growth, maintaining a gross profit margin of 23.5% in line with targets. Performance was strongly driven by the non-tea category—particularly “Ichitan Alkaline Water (pH Plus 8.5)”—which is on track to hit an all-time high of over THB 1,000 million by the end of this year.

To support rising market demand, Ichitan is installing additional production equipment for its alkaline water line, expanding into new export target markets, and optimizing costs through BOI tax incentives. For the second half of 2026, the company expects further momentum from government economic stimulus programs, such as “Thai Chuey Thai Plus” and “Thai Tiew Thai Plus,” alongside continuous expansion in export and OEM businesses.

The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend payment of THB 0.45 per share. The record date to determine eligible shareholders is August 27, 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for September 11, 2026.

Tan Passakornnatee, President & CEO of Ichitan Group PCL, stated: “Over the past 15 years, Ichitan Group has navigated economic shifts through prudent management, agility, and readiness to adapt. Today, we are focused on long-term business strength rather than short-term gains. “Ichitan Alkaline Water (pH Plus 8.5)” has emerged as a major growth driver with record-high orders, prompting us to expand production capacity. At the same time, delivering consistent shareholder value remains a top priority. This interim dividend reflects both our financial foundation and our confidence in Ichitan’s long-term trajectory.”
