DTGO Prosperous Company Limited (DTP) has confirmed its readiness to redeem its secured debenture series “DTP269A”, fulfilling a total financial commitment of 922.93 million baht covering both principal and accrued interest.
Mr. Hansa Susayan, Chairman of the Board of Directors at DTP, stated that the company’s secured debentures, tranche DTP269A, will reach official maturity on September 6, 2026. Because the maturity date falls on a Sunday, DTP will execute the full payment on the following business day, Monday, September 7, 2026, adhering strictly to legal and financial settlement protocols.
DTP is active across several commercial sectors alongside its non-profit initiatives in education, healthcare, and the environment. Since its founding in 1993 by Mrs. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, DTP has entered property development, trading, technology, design, construction management, finance, investment, entertainment, and communications.
