Kiatnakin Phatra Director Sells 28 Million Shares to Family-Linked Firm in Big-Lot Trade

Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (SET: KKP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that the bank has been notified by Ms. Thitinan Wattanavekin, a director of the Bank, that she sold shares of the bank through SET’s big lot board on September 7, 2026, in the amount of 14,000,000 shares, and is scheduled to sell additional shares of the bank on September 8, 2026, in the amount of 14,000,000 shares.

Upon completion of the transactions, the total number of shares sold will be 28,000,000 shares, representing 3.13% of KKP’s paid-up capital. The shares will be sold to WeEat Company Limited, a juristic person in which a family member of Ms. Thitinan Wattanavekin holds shares, for the purpose of personal asset management. Following completion of the transactions, Ms. Thitinan Wattanavekin will continue to hold 7,532,761 shares of the Bank, representing 0.84% of the Bank’s paid-up capital.

The transactions are part of the relevant shareholder’s personal asset management and have no impact on the bank’s management, business operating policies, or financial position.
