Ichitan Group Public Company Limited (SET: ICHI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 6/2026, held on September 8, 2026, has approved the joint investment with EYW Group Holding Company Limited for the establishment of a new subsidiary to jointly invest in a fertilizer business.
EYW Group Holding Company Limited is held by Ek Yong Wong Company Limited with shareholding of 45%, and Mr. Nattawut Srisuthep with shareholding of 44%. However, Ek Yong Wong Company Limited and Mr. Nattawut Srisuthep are experienced business operators with extensive knowledge and expertise in the manufacturing and distribution of fertilizer products and other agricultural products.
Tan Fertilizer Company Limited will be established to invest in a business relating to the importation, manufacturing, and distribution of compound fertilizer products for field crops and horticultural crops, including related agricultural chemicals and agricultural equipment. The subsidiary is expected to be established before December 31, 2026.
The subsidiary has a total registered capital of THB 150 million divided into 1,500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share, of which the company shall hold 51% of the total issued shares, while EYW Group Holding shall hold 49% of the total issued shares.
