WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that WHA Venture Holding Company Limited (an approximately 100% owned subsidiary of the company) has completed the establishment of a new subsidiary in Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law.
WHA Vietnam Logistics Development Company Limited was established to operate a logistics business in Vietnam. The subsidiary has a registered capital of VND 5,228,600,000 (or equivalent to approximately THB 6,692,608), with 100% of charter capital held by WHA Venture Holding Company Limited.
