Teka Construction Public Company Limited (SET: TEKA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has been awarded with a new construction project from Raffles Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. It is a building construction project of International School Raffles American School.
The project consists of a 6-storey classroom building and 6-storey multi-purpose Building. TEKA will be responsible for structural engineering, architectural and systems engineering. The project has a total contract value of THB 312,600,000 (including VAT), and will take 18 months (starting from June 2025) to finish.
The company has a backlog approximately THB 3,038 million. (include VAT.)
