Precise Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: PCC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Precise System and Project Co., Ltd., a subsidiary which the company holds 99.96% of its shares, was selected as the winning bidder for the Supply and Construction of Static Synchronous Compensator at 230 kV Chaiyaphum 2 Substation Transmission System Improvement Project in Northeastern, Lower Northern, Central Regions and Bangkok Area to Enhance System Security Two-Envelope (Pre-Qualification) on 29th May 2025 with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
The contract value is THB 1,460,784,270.00 (VAT included) and the completion date of this construction will be 36 months after confirmation of the letter of award of contract. The revenue recognition according to the progress of the completed work.
