Samart Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SAMART) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Teda Co., Ltd. (TEDA), an indirect subsidiary of the company through 94.35% stakeholding by Samart U-Trans Co., Ltd., has signed the contract for Supply of 25 sets of Power Transformer Monitoring Devices with PEA on July 22, 2026.
The total value of the contract is THB 103,897,000 with a scheduled completion date within 240 days from the date of contract signing and construction area handover from PEA
Moreover, TEDA has signed the contract for Supply and Installation 115/11/11 kV Power Transformer and 11 kV Switchgear for 115/11 kV Indoor GIS Substation with PEA on August 24, 2026. The total value of the contract is THB 160,104,100 with a scheduled completion date on April 30, 2027 and the revenues are recognized using the percentage of completion method.
