SISB Sets for Strong Performance from New Academic Year Starting in 3Q

Mr. Yew Hock Koh, Chief Executive Officer of SISB Public Company Limited (SET: SISB), informed Kaohoon that the new academic year will start in 3Q25, with more than 500 students waiting for enrollment in this semester. 70 – 80% of students are Thai while the remaining 20 – 30% are international students. In addition, the company also increased its tuition fees by 3 – 5% in connection with the current economy.

Several campuses in the SISB network are expanding their campus to address the increasing demand, like the Pracha Uthit Campus phase 3 that is scheduled to lift its capacity by 600 students by 1Q26.

The Rangsit Campus, currently under construction, will also expand the SISB’s capacity by 1,000 students in the 2026 – 2027 academic year. Its education model will offer tuition fees reduction by 35% but the quality remains the same.

SISB estimates that its second quarter performance would grow higher than the previous year due to the higher volume of Thai and international students enrollment and revenue generated from after-school programs.

In the 2Q25, SISB had six international schools in Thailand, located in Pracha Uthit, Suvarnabhumi, Thonburi, Chiang Mai, Nonthaburi, and Rayong, as well as 4,650 students in its network, increased from 4,620 students at the end of 2024. The company now has the highest student population among the nation’s international school networks.

For the overall outlook for 2025, SISB maintains its revenue growth at 15 – 20% from last year to THB 2.41 billion with student headcount reaching 5,000. In the first quarter, the company generated a total revenue of THB 641.72 million.

The company is not concerned regarding the current economic situation and the number of Chinese student arrivals, highlighting its gradual enrollment rate.
