Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on August 15, 2025, the company has signed a contract for the construction project of the bridge over the Chao Phraya River at Kiak-Kai Intersection Phase 3, constructing the elevated bridge and the road on the Phra Nakhon side from the Chao Phraya River to Saphan Daeng Intersection.
The contract was signed with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration for a total of THB 875 million, with a contract length of 720 days.
The scope of the work will be the construction of an elevated bridge and road on the Phra Nakhon side from the Chao Phraya River to Saphan Daeng Intersection, comprising a four-lane concrete bridge with length of approximately 1.4 kilometers. The works will include the following:
- Improvement of the at-grade road from the Chao Phraya River to Saphan Daeng Intersection, Including a drainage system.
- Installation of street lighting, traffic signage, road marking and other related works.
