Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (SET: DUSIT) has announced a series of significant board resolutions following the Company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 11/2025, which was held on September 12, 2025.
Firstly, the board acknowledged the resignation of Mrs. Suphajee Suthumpun from her positions as Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, effective September 12, 2025. Mrs. Suphajee’s resignation is attributed to other commitments requiring her full-time dedication.
In response to her departure, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Chanin Donavanik as the new Group Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mrs. Suphajee Suthumpun. Additionally, Mr. Pakhawat Kovithvathanaphong was appointed as Director, filling the vacancy left by Mrs. Suphajee’s resignation.
Further board changes included the appointment of Mr. Somprasong Boonyachai as Independent Director, replacing Mrs. Nualphan Lamsam following her resignation.
Finally, the board approved the amendment of the directors’ signing authority on behalf of the Company. The updated authorization now reads: “Names and number of directors authorized to sign on behalf of the Company: Mr. Chanin Donavanik, Mrs. Sinee Thienprasiddhi, Mr. Pakhawat Kovithvathanaphong, any two of such three directors jointly sign and affix the company seal.”
