(FWD Insurance) received the Gold Award in the category of The Best Technology Innovation Contact Center for the 3rd year from the Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA). The award was presented by Mr. Somyos Sundaravibhat, Advisor to the Association, at the “TCCTA Contact Center Awards 2025” held on 9 September 2025 at Aksra Theatre, King Power.
This award is considered one of the most prestigious honors in Thailand’s call center industry, presented to organizations that excel in customer service. The judging results are based on evaluations by a panel of qualified experts from academia and the private sector, using rigorous standards that cover performance and tangible outcomes over the past 12 months. FWD Insurance demonstrated outstanding capabilities in service innovation and technology, consistent with the brand’s attributes of being innovative, trustworthy, different, and relevant to customer needs. Moreover, FWD Insurance has received awards from the TCCTA for 7 consecutive years in various categories, reflecting the company’s determination and continuous commitment to raising service standards.
This achievement also provides FWD Insurance with the opportunity to participate in the CC-APAC Awards 2025, a regional competition in Asia-Pacific, which will be held in November in Hong Kong.
