Singha Estate Public Company Limited (SET: S) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that S Hotels and Resorts Public Company Limited (SET: SHR), a subsidiary in which the Company holds a combined direct and indirect stake of 62.24 percent of the total issued shares, has duly completed the establishment of two new subsidiaries in the United Kingdom on this date. This is executed to facilitate the operational and management restructuring of the existing hotel portfolio in the United Kingdom.
Both subsidiaries were established to engage in the business of management, investment, and development of hotels within the United Kingdom.
The two subsidiaries, called Venus Hotels Limited and Saturn Hotels Limited, were established with a registered capital of GBP 10,000 each, both are divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of GBP1 per share. SHR will hold 100% of both subsidiaries’ shares indirectly through FS Senior Co Limited.
