With reference to the online publications concerning the trading of shares or securities of Finansia X Public Company Limited (SET: FSX), which contain allegations and references implying to the public that I, Police General Visanu Prasattongosoth, in my capacity as Chairman of the Audit Committee of FSX, was involved in approving such share or securities transactions,
I, in my capacity as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of FSX, would like to clarify that the information disseminated is entirely inaccurate, false, and baseless. Under the scope of authority and duties of the Audit Committee as prescribed by the relevant laws, “…the Audit Committee has no authority or duty to review or approve the trading of the Company’s shares in any manner whatsoever.”
Therefore, the dissemination of such information in online media referring to my role as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of FSX, in a manner that could mislead or cause public misunderstanding that I possess the authority or responsibility to review or approve the Company’s share transactions, constitutes the publication of false information, statements, and/or content, made with the intentional distortion of facts to mislead the public, and carried out with malicious intent to cause serious damage to my reputation. Throughout my tenure as Chairman of the Audit Committee of FSX, I hereby affirm that I have performed my duties with honesty, integrity, and in full compliance with the law.
I am therefore issuing this clarification to ensure that the public is properly informed of the true and accurate facts. I also reserve my legal rights to take appropriate actions against any individual, group, legal entity, or organization that disseminates and/or forwards any false or distorted information that may cause misunderstanding, in order to protect my lawful rights and reputation.
