Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (SET: BJC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Berli Jucker Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with DHL Supply Chain (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to establish a new joint venture in Thailand for strengthening the Group’s logistics business capabilities.
