SIRI reported a net profit in 3Q25 of THB 1,000.93 million, a decrease of THB 306.51 million or 23.44% compared to the previous year. This was driven by a contraction in gross profit and share of profit from joint ventures, partly offset by decreased selling and administrative expenses.
In 3Q25, Sansiri reported total revenue of THB 7,993 million, down 15.1% or THB 1,422 million YoY, primarily due to a 16.7% decline in revenue from project sales to THB 6,900 million. The decrease was due to lower revenue across all product types.
The cost of project sales in 3Q25 amounted to THB 4,842 million, a 15.1% decrease YoY, in accordance with a decrease in revenue from project sales. Consequently, the gross profit margin of project sales in this quarter declined from 31.1% in 3Q24 to 29.8%.
Selling and administrative expenses in 3Q25 were THB 1,315 million, accounting for 16.5% of total revenue, compared to 19.7% in 3Q24. Of this amount, selling expenses were THB 559 million, representing 7.0% of total revenue, down from 7.7% last year in line with lower ownership transfers. The administrative expenses (including management benefit expenses) were THB 756 million, representing 9.5% of total revenue, down from 11.9% in 3Q24, mainly due to the company’s review and implementation of expense management measures across all business units.
