TTCL Public Company Limited (SET: TTCL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 10/2568 held on 19th December 2025 has resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary company in order to support the service on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC).
The subsidiary, called TTCL (B) Sdn. Bhd, is scheduled to be established within 2026 in Brunei to conduct EPC business. The subsidiary has a registered capital of BND 1,000,000 or equivalent THB 24,930,000, with a total share of 1,000,000 shares.
