Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 19 December 2025, the company has signed a construction contract for Ramathibodi Hospital Building and Yothi Innovation District Project.
The contract, signed with Mahidol University (Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital), has a total contract value of THB 9,999,000,000 (including VAT) and a contract period of 2,160 days. The scope of work consisted of construction of a hospital building with 25 Storey and 2 basement Storey.
